How does online coaching actually work?

After a free 20-minute Zoom consult, Mark builds your custom workout, cardio, and nutrition plan and loads it into the Trainerize app. You train on your schedule, log everything in the app, and check in with Mark weekly.

Do I need a gym membership or equipment?

No. Your plan is built around whatever you have - a full gym, a pair of dumbbells, or bodyweight only. Tell Mark your setup and the plan fits it.

How is this different from a workout app?

Apps give everyone the same template. Here a real coach builds your plan, reviews your form on video, adjusts weekly, and answers your questions directly.

Can I switch to in-home training later?

Yes - if you're in Austin or San Marcos, you can move to in-home sessions (or combine both) any time.

What does the free consultation include?
