What does a stretch session look like?
You’ll lie on a table (like a massage table) in flexible/athletic wear.
The practitioner will move your body through a series of stretches—you’re passive, they do the work.
They may use techniques like:
PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation): You contract and release muscles while they stretch you.
Static or dynamic stretching depending on your needs.
Joint mobilization and light muscle activation.
The session may be customized —hips, hamstrings, shoulders, neck, back, whatever’s tight or needs attention.
How does it feel?
Like a mix of massage and yoga—less painful than deep tissue work but you still feel it.
You’ll likely walk out looser, more aligned, and relaxed.
