In home stretch Therapy with a certified Stretch PRACTITIONER

What does a stretch session look like?

You’ll lie on a table (like a massage table) in flexible/athletic wear.

The practitioner will move your body through a series of stretches—you’re passive, they do the work.

They may use techniques like:

  • PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation): You contract and release muscles while they stretch you.

  • Static or dynamic stretching depending on your needs.

  • Joint mobilization and light muscle activation.

The session may be customized —hips, hamstrings, shoulders, neck, back, whatever’s tight or needs attention.

How does it feel?

  • Like a mix of massage and yoga—less painful than deep tissue work but you still feel it.

  • You’ll likely walk out looser, more aligned, and relaxed.
