1. Information we collect
Information you provide directly
- Contact and booking details. When you book a free consultation, contact us, or sign up for updates, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, and home or gym address (for in-home sessions).
- Consultation and intake information. To build your program, we may collect your fitness goals, training history, schedule and availability, and other details you choose to share.
- Payment information. If you purchase services, payment is processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our own systems.
- Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe to hear about promos, trainers, and gear, we collect your email address.
- Communications. If you call, text, email, or message us on social media, we keep a record of that correspondence.

- Basic technical information when you visit our website, such as your device type, browser, pages viewed, and general location, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8).
2. Health and fitness information
Because we provide fitness and nutrition coaching, we may collect health-related information you choose to share, such as height, weight, body measurements, injury history, medical conditions relevant to exercise, dietary preferences, progress photos, and workout performance data (including data logged in the Trainerize app).
We use this information only to design and adjust your training and nutrition program, monitor your progress, and keep you safe during sessions. We are a personal training business, not a healthcare provider, and we are not a "covered entity" under HIPAA; however, we treat your health-related information as confidential and do not sell it or share it for marketing purposes.

4. Calls, texts, and email communications
If you provide your phone number, we may call or text you about your consultations, sessions, and services. If you have opted in, we may also send occasional promotional texts. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of promotional texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages related to sessions you have booked.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers. With vendors who help us run the business, such as scheduling tools, the Trainerize coaching platform, video call providers, email/newsletter services, and payment processors. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us.
- With your consent. For example, if you agree in writing to let us share your testimonial or transformation photos (see Section 7).
- Legal reasons. If required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our clients, trainers, or business.
- Business transfers. If our business is sold or merged, client information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
6. Third-party tools and links
Our website and services use third-party tools that have their own privacy policies, including:
- Google Calendar appointment scheduling — used for booking free consultations; information you enter is processed by Google.
- Trainerize — the app we use to deliver online coaching, workout plans, and check-ins.
- Zoom or phone — used for online coaching consultations.
- Google Maps — embedded on our site to show our service area.
- Instagram and other social platforms — if you interact with us there, the platform's privacy policy applies.
- Affiliate links. Some product links on our site (for example, supplements and training gear) are affiliate links. If you click one, the retailer may set cookies and pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. Your purchase and the information you provide at checkout are governed by that retailer's privacy policy, not ours.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review their policies.
7. Testimonials, photos, and videos
We feature real client reviews, testimonials, and before-and-after photos and videos on our website and social media. We only publish a client's name, likeness, results, or story with that client's permission. If you have given permission and later change your mind, contact us and we will remove the content from the properties we control within a reasonable time. Content already shared or reposted by others may be beyond our control.
8. Cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. Embedded third-party content (such as Google Maps, the booking calendar, and review widgets) may also set cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in settings; some site features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. 11. Minors
Our website and services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through our website without the involvement of a parent or guardian. Training services for minors are provided only with a parent or guardian's written consent and participation in the intake process. If you believe a minor has provided us information without consent, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be announced by email or on the website. Continued use of the site or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
